For Our Carriers

We understand that transparency is essential, and that's exactly what you'll receive. Our goal is your success, so we provide detailed statements and quote documentation whenever needed. Additionally, all invoices will be issued to carriers within 48 hours of invoicing. 

We do not rely on 'spot market' or 'contract rates'. Our payouts are directly based on what the shipper actually pays. As a broker, we understand that our earnings come from volume, while carriers are compensated per truckload. With that in mind, we ensure carriers receive the majority of the payout, guaranteeing a minimum of 82% of the total amount. 

1. Brokerage Fee Structure For Carriers: 

• Carriers receive 82%-92% of the load payment. 
• Ship Smartly Co. retains 8% - 18% as commission, ensuring competitive market rates. 
• Fuel Surcharge Pass-Through: Any fuel surcharge paid by the shipper is passed 100% to the carrier
• Chassis & Detention Fees: Pass-Through of any fees paid by shippers for chassis rentals or delays.  

 Develop strong partnerships with carriers to negotiate better rates, secure priority service, and discuss fuel surcharge adjustments based on market fluctuations.
